Year after year in the UK there are millions of dogs showing aggression towards humans, and the main reason behind this is that they aren’t trained to at least a very basic standard, warned a leading veterinary charity.

The PDSA conducted their survey after a 6-year old girl was attacked in a park in Chingford, Essex. They surveyed 11,000 dog owners and found that 87% believe that there need to be tougher penalties in place for those people whose dog or dogs attack another person.
