What exactly happens after ordering?
- After placing an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation by email. After processing the order the package will then be sent as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with name of the courier partner we use along with tracking number.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
- If you have not received an order confirmation email directly after making your order, you may possibly have given us an incorrect email address. In this case please send an email to our order Support team via contact us page to check whether we have received your order or not.
